Digitizing is the process of getting a design or logo into language a computerized embroidery machine requires for sewing.  It is not an automated process and must be created to a specific size taking into account the type of fabric sewn upon.  Standard embroidery fonts (not the same as true-type fonts) are pre-digitized and therefore do not need digitizing.

Digitizing a design or logo can vary depending on size and complexity.  In general, costs can run as follows:

  1. Simple, small designs under 3″ x 3″ – $20.00
  2. Complex, small designs under 3″ x 3″ – $25.00
  3. Simple, medium designs up to 5″ x 5″ – $30.00
  4. Complex, medium designs up to 5″ x 5″ – $35.00
  5. Simple large designs over 5″ x 5″ – $45.00
  6. Complex large designs over 5″ x 5″ – $60.00

Digitizing a design is a one-time cost.  Additional items can be embroidered using the same size digitized design anytime in the future.  Different size designs may require a separate digitizing charge even though it is the same graphic or logo. We do not release the digital file.

Yes, you certainly can. We ask that you sign a liability release form for any damage that may happen to your garment during the embroidery process. If damage occurs to a garment purchased from us, we will replace it at no charge.

We run jobs in the order received as quickly as possible. Depending on the size and complexity of your project, we will be able to give an estimated delivery date at the time of your order based on our current backlog.
